We make sure your books are always current by doing the bookkeeping for you! We can also manage accounts receivable & accounts payable.
We help put systems in place so that we can review and analyze your financials on a regular recurring basis. This includes job costing systems, invoicing and getting paid, & bill pay processing.
We will do monthly financial analysis, using standardized metrics & KPIs, to ensure you are reaching your targets and correcting course when needed.

I review the current state of your books so I can put together a proposal.
We schedule a Zoom meeting so I can walk you through your books, both of us can ask any needed questions, and we can discuss what the next steps are.
I will send you the engagement letter and invoice. Once the engagement letter is signed and invoice is paid we will begin the onboarding process.
